Two things set karaoke here apart. The first is the hours: a 2am close counts as early by local standards, several venues run past 4am, and one on Jones Boulevard advertises itself as open 24 hours. If your flight lands at midnight, the night is only getting started.
The second is where it is. The Strip keeps a couple of large rooms, including one inside the Venetian that starts at noon on the weekend. The real density is out west along Spring Mountain Road in Chinatown and south along Jones Boulevard, where the rooms are bigger, cheaper and full of people who live here.

Spring Mountain Road
Vegas's Chinatown runs west along Spring Mountain Road, and it carries the highest concentration of karaoke rooms in the city — six confirmed venues along one road.
Mukgo Nolza at 3336 is the big one, open noon to 3am daily with nineteen private rooms and three VIP rooms. At 5115 there are two under one roof: Space BBQ, which does karaoke in the dining room as well as in separate rooms, and Ninja Karaoke Chinatown, open Tuesday through Sunday and to 4am on Friday and Saturday. Evo Club at 5416 runs 11am to 2am every day, and Petrol Head at 4731 keeps karaoke rooms alongside its event space.
The Jones Boulevard cluster
South Jones Boulevard is the other concentration, and three of its karaoke venues share a single address at 3400: Cafe Moda, which runs karaoke until 11:30pm on Friday and Saturday before turning into a dance floor, Dragon Gate, open daily 5:30pm to 3am, and Karaoke Q Studio.
Further south, The One Karaoke & Lounge at 7208 runs seven nights a week, 7pm to 3am. With Jones Station at 3650 open around the clock, the boulevard covers essentially every hour there is.
Neighbourhood nights
Away from the two districts, Vegas karaoke is a bar circuit like anywhere else. Dino's Lounge on Las Vegas Boulevard runs Thursday to Saturday at 10pm. Las Vegas Eagle on East Tropicana does Tuesdays and Fridays, 10:30pm to 2am. Mr. D's on South Rainbow starts at 9pm Thursday through Saturday and, in its own words, goes until you cannot sing any more.
Oddfellows downtown runs a Tuesday night that reportedly draws the most regulars of any night it does, and Ugly Duckling Karaoke Lounge on South Main is open Thursday through Monday, 8pm to 2am.

Later than anywhere else in the country. Jones Station Karaoke on South Jones Boulevard advertises 24 hours. KAMU Ultra at the Venetian runs through to 5 or 6am. Kapuso Kapamilya on Spring Mountain Road goes to 5am Wednesday through Saturday, and a 4am close is ordinary across Chinatown.
