Cleveland karaoke leans west. Lakewood carries two venues on its own — Corky's Place, singing seven days a week from an afternoon open, and Lakewood Village Tavern, which gives its weekends to a big, loud, all-in karaoke night. Friday and Saturday: pick a road
The weekend is when greater Cleveland sings, and the venues sort themselves by neighborhood rather than by rank. On the west side, Casey Jones Tavern runs a DJ-hosted karaoke night both nights, Mr Peabody's Pub & Grille holds the city's south side, My Corner Bar in Parma Heights runs its Karaoke DJ Dance Party, and Lakewood Village Tavern gives Fridays and Saturdays to a karaoke night billed entirely in capital letters.
