Beyond the two nightly bars, Tacoma fills its calendar in shifts. Flying Boots in South Tacoma — a longtime dive, and proud of it — runs Tuesday through Saturday. Hilltop A Go-Go takes Thursday to Saturday, and The Camp Bar hands out the mic on Friday and Saturday.
